Refunds/Exchanges: Please DO NOT send an item back for a refund or exchange without first receiving a return authorization number from us through e-mail. All returns and exchanges must have a return authorization number before the return or exchange will be accepted and processed. The item(s) must be in the same condition that it was mailed out in for refunds or exchanges. Shipping is not refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after you order has been shipped to you.
We are not responsible for any charges (including but not limited to Customs and import duties) after the item(s) have been shipped, for International orders. For International orders: packages that have been refused at the time of delivery (to the International address) will not be refunded.
A 15% restocking fee may apply in some situations where an item is returned. If the item(s) have been damaged (including damage by regular wear) or the item(s) have been improperly packaged for return, an additional $40.00 fee will be assesed. Refunds will be issued by the same means the item(s) were paid for. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of the order placement, and no fees will be assesed; however if the order is canceled after 24 hours, a 10% fee may be assessed. Each item is custom made to order, and occasionally refunds are not always possible; however every reasonable step will be taken to ensure that you are satisfied, and any problems that are our responsibility wil also be promptly taken care of.  Please
e-mail us if additional shipping insurance is desired. Please note: always avoid contact with caustic chemicals while wearing jewelry.

We are always working on new designs; however at the moment we do not make customer-designed custom pieces, or use customer-provided gemstones.

high standards to each piece. Our standards for our customers are even higher than for ourselves; we
will not ship anything that is not up to those standards. We understand the needs of the customer and
have taken our experiences as customers to create a trustworthy company that strives to exceed customer
expectations. Many of our customers often comment that our photos fail to do justice to our pieces.
We love repeat business! In short, what you can expect from us is a beautiful piece of new jewelry that
has been custom-made to your order and carefully inspected. Each piece comes in a new gift box and is
mailed in a sturdy, new box with all-new packing materials.

We are a small company and we have chosen quality over quantity. While our prices are low, we are not
in the market to compete with mass-produced, machine-made products. We have found that most of the
jewelry in today’s market is not even what it claims to be. Many mass-produced products are simply
Gold-plated, silver-plated, or chrome over lead. All our pieces are handmade in America with the utmost
care in the finest solid precious metals and shine with the care and enthusiasm in which they are made; 
we will never work with or sell base metals. Our solid sterling silver and white gold pieces are plated with
palladium (an element similar in chemical structure to platinum) to make them tarnish and scratch
resistant, and our solid yellow gold and platinum items are naturally very tarnish resistant (they do not
oxidize in air due to their intrinsic chemical properties), so all our pieces are made to last and continue
to be beautiful for many generations to come.

Our products are all hand-crafted with the utmost care in the USA (Wineland – the name the Vikings gave
to America when Leif Eriksson discovered it in 1000 A.D.) from original designs of superior artistry by
a master silversmith and goldsmith.

Customer satisfaction and repeat business is of paramount importance to us; we want to be your jeweler of choice. We strive to satisfy your needs, and treat each customer with the utmost respect. All customer concerns are treated individually and fairly.

If you need to special order an in-between size (5/8, ¼, 3/4, etc.),
order the closest half or whole size and contact us by email with the exact size that you need.
